Lot10 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using lot10's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and lot10 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lot10 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all provisions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. lot10 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest Terms.
The lot10 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that accessing online platforms of this nature is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on lot10. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. lot10 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. lot10 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect their account information. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact the lot10 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the lot10 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or transactions.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the platform.
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, promotion abuse, or manipulation of the betting system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
Any breach of the above responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and lot10 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the affected account pending investigation.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Official Currency
All transactions on lot10 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Payments made in other currencies will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate, and lot10 does not bear any charges imposed by third-party financial service providers.
Accepted Deposit Methods
Lot10 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including online banking and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and ShopeePay. Minimum deposit limits will be shown during the transaction process. All deposits are final and non-reversible once successfully processed.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. lot10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.
Bonus Terms of Use
All bonuses and promotions received are subject to the wagering requirements specified in their respective promotion terms. Withdrawal of bonus funds is only permitted once the wagering requirements have been met within the stipulated validity period. lot10 reserves the right to void any bonus claimed fraudulently or through abuse of the promotions system.
4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Lot10 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is", and lot10 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to system failures, internet disconnections, or unauthorised third-party actions.
Lot10's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount held in the user's account balance at the time of the relevant incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lot10 platform — including designs, logos, graphics, text, software code, and brand names — is the property of lot10 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from lot10.
Links to Third-Party Services
The lot10 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as game providers and payment processors. lot10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
Lot10's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
Lot10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these Terms, committed fraud, or engaged in activities that may harm the platform or other users. In the event of a suspension, lot10 will conduct an internal investigation and inform the user of the final outcome.
Voluntary Closure
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the lot10 support team. Prior to closure, users are required to settle all active bets and withdraw any eligible remaining funds from their account. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
Self-Exclusion

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Amendments to Terms
Lot10 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in force.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the Terms as a whole.
